Dear BMA Members,
You are cordially invited to participate in the annual park association meeting on Monday, November 18th at 6:30pm. We will be meeting at the Baldwin United Methodist Church (Asbury Hall). Signs will be posted at the entrance.
As part of the meeting, we will conduct an election to fill three (3) board vacancies. It is requested that any interested person submit a short bio by November 10th to email@example.com. This information will be compiled and shared with voters on election night. A ballot will be prepared with the submitted names to make the voting process run smoothly. Since there will be much to cover in the meeting, we cannot accept any new nominees that night. Any donating member is able to run for an open board position. If you wish to vote and haven’t donated yet this year, you may give your contribution at the door. We are looking for motivated people who have a sincere desire to better the park.
If there are any members who cannot attend the annual meeting, but would still like to vote, please send an email requesting an absentee ballot to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Absentee ballots will be available on November 12th. Please submit completed ballot forms (must be received on or before November 18th) to: PO Box 98154, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 OR drop off at 4807 Baptist Road.
Light refreshments will be served at the meeting. We hope to see all of you there!
